A Corten steel retaining wall garden greets visitors upon arrival, while a row of evergreens border the lawn from the street. A duck pond edges the boardwalk leading to the front door and patio.

The grounds hosts a variety of perennial flowers from hydrangeas, roses and lilies, and an arboretum of mature and new trees—evergreens, lilacs, cascading weepers, Japanese ivy, Tiger Eyes—alongside climbing vines and a shade section. For feline lovers, the bedroom patio features a custom steel outdoor enclosure from Habitat Haven.
